ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA, Magnolia and Steel Medi Spa LLC, is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SERVICES NOT OFFERED
We wish for full transparency for our clients. That being said, our clinic does not offer pain management therapy. We do not prescribe narcotics, benzodiazepines, or other similar medications. We do not accept clients with these medications currently prescribed. If a client invariantly is started with our clinic on these medications, please understand doing so will result in an immediate taper with the goal of discontinuation of these mediations. If not successful with discontinuation, ultimately these clients cannot be served by our clinic and will be discharged from our practice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, we ask clients to give us at least a 24-hour notice of any cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
REFUND POLICY
We offer NO REFUNDS but in some cases the funds can be used as a credit for other services.

We are the sole proprietors of the information collected on this site.
